Went in just "looking" at a 2013 Pathfinder and ended up getting a 2016 Toyota Highlander. Chris was awesome! He listened to what we wanted and what our options and budget were and made it a wonderful experience. Normally new car buying is so stressful and I always feel like they try and sell useless warranties etc. but I walked out feeling so confident in my vehicle purchase. I was given more than value of my trade in and paid way below MSRP on the vehicle I purchased. They took a huge loss just to make sure we got a good deal and said it was the least they could do with my husband being a veteran. I brought my 6 year old nephew along who loves cars and they were so great at keeping him involved in the process and making him feel special. I will never ever forget this car buying experience and they earned a lifetime customer!
