As a board member of an HOA for a new build small subdivision in Roswell, I was introduced to Heritage Management when they bought out our builder chosen management company shortly after the HOA was turned over to the owners in early 2017. We have been fortunate to work with a community manager, Alexandra Mordecai, who truly aims to understand our needs and does all she can to help insure that our HOA runs as efficiently and professionally as possible.
A super bright spot in our relationship with Heritage has been our assigned property inspector Brooke Bruns! Brooke goes above and beyond what you would expect from the traditional service provided by a management assigned property inspector. Her responsiveness is amazing and she is always willing to lend her vast knowledge and expertise in an effort to solve inspection related issues and improve our community. What a valuable resource she is!
