This was one of the worst experience I have ever had at smoothie king on Williams, I went in and the buzzer went off no one was in the front, I stood there for at least 5 minutes without no one acknowledging me, I said hello is anyone here no acknowledgement. THEN I called, I asked tone speak to a Manger, this lady said she was one, I said is at there for 5 minute, she said no you were not, because as soon as they heard the buzzer she sent someone up there. I stated, if you did that i would not have left. She then started to yell, I said why are you yelling, she said because I was accusing her of something she did not do. I then stated that she does not know how to deal with here customer, then I said maybe the buzzer had a delay in the back because the customer hears the buzzer when they walk through the door, she said you know what that might be right, why did I have to say that, I then told her you already took the ssituation out of hand by yelling, I then stated to her in will not be returning because all she had to say was sir, I'm sorry, we proably didn't hear the buzzer or there was a delay, fron now on I will be driving to river ridge to get my smoothie, I will not be disrepected where my money is spent. This incident happend on a July 1st 2017.
