THINK TWICE before you buy your dream home from Sterling Homes! I built my first home with sterling Homes and I moved in couple months ago. They left the piping in the furnace hand tight, causing a major gas leak inside and outside the house, even my neighbor could smell it next door. I called Sterling emergency contact three times, no one showed up. Then I had to call epcor and fire department. They came and fixed it. Epcor guy said he was actually surprised this house didn't blow up and next day their supervisor wouldn't take any accountability for it. Later on, Randy took care of the matter. I wouldn't recommend Sterling Homes to anyone.
