I was cheerfully informed that they had arbitrarily chosen not to honor my duly-confirmed reservation because of a shortage of cars. Very bush league. Two stars for being polite and contrite about it, but still fundamentally unacceptable. Walked next door to Hertz with no reservation and got wheels in minutes. Lesson learned.
