Beware of bringing your loved one to this location...

Beware of bringing your loved one to this location for treatment. My dad was transported to this facility in late October with complications due to cancer. From the very beginning we were met with bitter rudeness. My dad had to have emergency surgery, and was COVID tested prior (by a nurse who wasn't wearing a mask as a side note). His test results were announced to us in the middle of the waiting room with 6 other people near who we didn't know.
After surgery, he was taken to ICU where the treatment, and communication got even worse. I was actually yelled at and hung up on by a nurse named Lori when I called to check up on my dad, because she "thought I was my mom"- which is unimaginable to say the least.
They let my dad leave their facility, and be transported to a rehab facility with low hemoglobin, and E-coli infection in his blood and urine. They were giving him no antibiotics for this nor did they communicate with him, his family, or the facility where he was transported. The infection was only made known when a nurse at the rehab facility was reviewing his chart, as my dad had extreme fatigue, and inability to move his legs.
Stonecrest did not properly clean the tubes in his back that are in place to bypass his kidneys due to a blockage. These tubes were inflamed and infected.
This hospital frequently skipped meals given to my dad. And he was served cold food with every meal.
The treatment my dad recieved was abuse and neglect. And we are moving forward with legal advice
