The Warranty appointment (that I had to book over ...

The Warranty appointment (that I had to book over 3 weeks in advance) cancelled via text message at 7pm the day before it was due in as they no longer had a loan car available. No alternative arrangements made / suggested to keep the appointment (or reschedule) at the time and no contact the following day to re-book / resolve this issue. I should add I've had the car just over a month and the issue for which it was booked in was evident on collection. Das Welt used car checks and warranty?
