Hopefully you will never have to deal with this 'independent' party CED. CED would contact me through my insurance, but I was told through my insurance that they could not reach me. They haven't even tried to call. I just got a text to call them back.
CED is very blunt, curt and downright rude, both in writing and orally. They don't take the time to speak to you and explain how it works. It is assumed that you understand, although you have never had a report drawn up by a loss adjuster. These people clearly don't feel like working and helping people move forward.
