The lifts and slopes are fine. In fact, in all the years going there, they've always kept up the runs well. The food area is usually okay. Shut down right now because of you know what (although misleading on the website because it says there is premade food available... it was just chips and cookies when we were there January 4).

The ticketing/rental system though is horrible! You can pay online for tickets and you get a card to keep. However, even if you gave the card and pay to activate it online, you STILL have to stand in line to check in! And the lines are long. We waited in lines for two hours. You also can't pay for rentals online, so you have to stand in one line to pay for them, then another line to get them. Get it together, Wilmot! This is whatever year this is (I lost track)... I had to log into my sons shoes, the least you can do is get online payment/activation working.
