Not too often im handing out give stars however this place deserves it. The classic rustic, nautical decor is too fitting for this restaurant as the outside seating is right on the marina. The service was fantastic. The hostess, and the waiter were very friendly and knowledgeable of the entire of the menu. The restaurant has great specials and happy hour so be sure to ask about them or look on their website. Now, the food. My friends and I order an assortment of seafoods to share. Their old bay shrimp was perfectly cooked: Tender, juicy, and well seasoned. Oaters fresh, and tasty, like they picked them right out is the bay. The mussels might have been my favorite though. I'm searching for something to complain about, but I'm coming up empty (Maybe it could be closer to my house). The food came out so fast the kitchen staff must have brought their A game. Southport raw bar will, with out a doubt, be a must stop everytime I fly into Fort Lauderdale!
