Was in the ER for head injury for a child. Did not know who our nurse was, I kept having to hunt people down to ask questions or to receive care. We were in the emergency room 6 hours and other than the initial check-in the only time I seen our actual nurse was when I went to the nurses station to ask for Tylenol for my daughter's headache.
