This firm was extremely dishonest in the court proceedings. Not only did they lie, but they also left out many details and formed a bias against an owner of a company even after the same owner helped them. If you're going to have a receiver take over management at $400+/he, beware of this firm. They were more focused on what would line their pockets instead of trying to find a resolution with the owners. In the even the people and companies that were owed money got anything. Any left over monies went to the reciever.
