Trust me save your time, what they ask for and tell you in the beginning will not be what someone else will ask you for later.
Apparently they don t communicate well with each other. All done over the internet incl appraisals.
Appraisal is done by someone in another state looking at properties on the internet.
Compared non lakefront homes to lakefront home and were off over 100k from two local appraisers that actually come look at the property.
Now if they say it s not enough then they will give you the option to pay for an appraisal.
Told 21 days in the begging, gave them all they asked for in the beginning with 7 days. They keep sending auto generated emails asking for stuff they ve had for weeks because they don t communicate with each other.
4-5 weeks later I told them to forget it and we moved on to a local reputable company.
