I'm writing to lodge a complaint about an unpleasant encounter with a member of staff at Crescent Ridge Icecream in the evening of 7th December 2018 at approximately 1630hrs. I did not manage to get his name, but he was the only individual manning the stall at this time.

1. It seemed like a slow evening and despite my attempts to purchase an ice cream, your staff ignored me by simply staring at his phone over the counter.

2. After getting his attention, he misunderstood my order (which was a simple small cup of icream with 2 scoops of flavours). Upon correcting him, he did not seem happy and was displaying rude body language. He was throwing the ice cream scoops, spamming the doors on the refrigerators, and also made some rude remarks under his breath.

3. He then proceeded to make a mess out of my ice cream which i think was extremely disrespectful especially how it was slammed on the counter for me.

4. After the transaction, i had to explicitly ask for a spoon which was rudely jammed into my ice cream which made it a further mess followed by more rude remarks under his breath.

This was the end of the encounter. I hope that the actions of this individual is brought to your attention and action is taken against him.
