Had multiple problems with a deed that did not get...

Had multiple problems with a deed that did not get transferred at closing. Were very unresponsive when called out on this and it took several months to resolve. They then acted like it was somehow my fault when tax bills were sent to the previous owner. Will not be using again. Still receiving delinquent tax notice as a result of this, but will not persue due to the aggravation from dealing with them the last time. I consequently had title insurance, but they still insisted I owed these taxes when in fact they did not complete the transfer properly.
