I used the services on two occasions. The staff work directly with you to assist you out of an undesirable position and maximize your severance and employee standing. They then work with you to assist with job searching, defining your skills, beefing up your resume and interview skills, and maximizing your job potential. Then they assist with salary negotiations. Amazingly good investment in your career-like buying Apple 10 years ago. Don't understand the negative reviews. Guessing they never used the services or just weren't following the CS Team process.
