The first car offered to us had non-functioning air conditioning. The temperature at the time was 90 F. The second car, which was apparently all that was available, was filthy. Seats in both the front and back of the car were badly stained. Overall the interior was worn and untidy. It was not what I expected from Enterprise. When we returned the vehicle their computer systems were down, which clearly was not their fault, and the employees were frantically trying to check the cars in. When asked if I had any issues with the car I mentioned the condition of the interior and was met with silence. However, I can forgive this given the issues at the time. I cannot, on the other hand, forgive the condition on the front end. This was not a good experience. I will likely not go back with Enterprise after this.
