Every provider, be very careful with this company....

Every provider, be very careful with this company. Especially with Mexican office. Junior and his manager Jennifer are totally ignoring any emails or messages. We ran some shipments for them for total amount of over then 10k USD 4 months ago. We haven't get paid yet and they just ignoring us. Most likely we will have to sue them. The worst communication experience I've ever had.
