While the stay started off with a few issues (slow service in the restaurant, for instance), the new General Manager was attentive to guest concerns and worked to solve these problems. The hotel staff pulled together to manage a tainted water issue in New Orleans, and the banquet department worked to solve problems and oversights with the corporate meeting we were attending at the hotel. The new management seems focused on correcting issues, and the improvements are noticeable.
