Took my 60K Shelby GT350 in for a mandatory oil line recall. The car only had 5k miles and was mint. While changing the part the "expert" tech drained about 6+ qts of oil out and never put any back in. They then denied it the next day and were anything but helpful. They destroyed a car I worked my entire life to buy all from a basic step any entry level tech should know. Also why not put a veteran on my car??? NEVER take your car there. They have not only made me never want to use them again but have killed my love of Ford vehicles. Total incompetent idiots and the management staff needs to learn how to tell the truth and take ownership!
