I had an amazing first time there tonight in Toms River on Hooper Avenue. I received a gift certificate for Christmas, from a friend, and I went for a waxing. While there, I noticed the atmosphere felt different than massage envy, where I have been going for 1 year. While waiting to be called in for my waxing I noticed the difference from Hand and Stone and Massage Envy, right away. The workers greeted people by their names and said things like, I remember you from last time and it's great to see you again and it was genuine. I was told of the points system you have here and this is something that Massage Envy does not have. The energy felt different in there to me, it felt light and relaxing. I haven't ever felt this with Massage Envy. Because of the feeling I received while being there I called Massage Envy when I left and cancelled my membership which expires next month and I will be a Hand and Stone girl going forward. Thanks for the warm welcome, I liked what I saw.
