I have worked with other State Farm assistants before and none of them took care of my need like DONNA with Tag Rome State Farm Insurance. I have been struggling with FEMA for a whole year, trying to get Flood Insurance. Once Donna stepped in, she drove to my house to take the necessary pictures that FEMA needed. She has also checked with FEMA on the status of my application, without me having to call and remind her, she is just wonderful. I wish I had found her a year ago. A++ for Donna! xoxo
