After my first call to D&J I was very impressed with their professionalism. When the prearranged time for a home visit and assessment came and went with no one from the company making the arranged visit or calling to give an explanation, I called to follow up only to find the staff member who took the reservation never bothered to write down the appointment in their books. Needless to say, I decided to go with another company.
