Our Broker, Robert Phipps (Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks) did a WONDERFUL job. Because of COVID, the process was really slow, of course. But he set up reasonable expectations from the start, so we knew what we were getting into. The Money Store has an automated system, that kept me posted of missing documents, new information, etc. Pretty easy to use, with a simple login. Robert's assistant AnnMarie was very thorough, and explained everything along the way. I felt comfortable....and that's what matters. :-)
