Called to confirm a DIY mini split thats energy efficient and the lines pre charged didnt need a contractor bc... common sense and the term DIY. Associate laughs and agrees with me so I buy the unit installed it in 1 hour sent my rebate application to try and save some money during a economic collapse. Called 2 month later to check the status of the rebate and application. They won't honor it because of the contractor not installing it but didn't even bother to return my email... professionalism at its finest.
