Red top is 4 star rated. As such what were acceptable include
1. location great for food (ample restaurants surrounding the hotel)
2. overall cleanliness
3. front office, though the check in and check out counters need to be fixed, not movable
4. breakfast buffet spread
5. ample space at the lounge area for discussion

Areas that need improvements are
1. bathrooms to be provided with hand towels
2. plastic packed slippers, not opened slippers
3. floor towels to be replaced daily
4. shoe polish cloth should be new, not used
5. window blinds to be checked if adjustable (that in room 1008 side windows were not)
6. in-hotel store (should link a 7-11 or indomaret to the hotel if not possible)
