Manager was rude as I have ever seen. We had no hot water the entire two days...at checkout time, I was given "a courtesy call" and told that the problem had been fixed. I said, "yeah, well now I have to check out". The manager sounded very willing to work with us but when it came that time, he refused. He went back on what he said he would do. I would NOT go here unless every single other place in town is booked....then, I'd probably cancel the trip altogether.
