Truly a must see! From the 3 mile driveway to the estate itself is breathtaking. The architecture,the views and the overall feel of the grounds is breathtaking. Be sure to give yourself a minimum of 90 min for the basic house tour. If there available do a behind the scenes tour or the rooftop tour, it's worth the money! Also worth it....the audio tour. Just get it. The grandure of this estate is beyond measure and when you think about the fact it was built pretty much for 2 people and an infant....it's just wow. The restoration on parts was superb and the staff are extremely happy and friendly. Some of the things you see are amazing....like the indoor pool and electricity from the 1890s! The gardens are gorgeous, and I can't wait to go back... I am certain I missed stuff. Enjoy your time and make a day of it!!
