When my parents relocated to South Florida from New Jersey several years ago, I was at once shocked and overwhelmed to find that their will and other legal documents were sorely outdated and insufficient by current standards. Many years later when my father felt he wanted to make a few changes, I was stressing over the headache this was going to cause. But my fears were assuaged as attorney Brooke Colbert picked up the proverbial ball and ran with it as if no time at all had passed. She respectfully assured my father his intentions were valid and she swiftly and seamlessly created amendments pursuant to his wishes.
