The Sheraton Downtown Dallas is the most friendly & helpful hotel we have ever stayed in over 30 years of travelling. Nothing was too much trouble from when we arrived Rebecca arranging for milk to be taken to our room, being British we love our cup of tea, to Mitzi & Bev in the clubroom being so welcoming & Gilbert & the team went the extra mile so that we could watch the English football one afternoon. We have never stayed anywhere so friendly & helpful, I would recommend this hotel to everyone, thank you everyone who works there.
