Filled out a online forum for my games I was selling. It told me I'd get $171 and some change. Didn't say credit. But then when I got they say, oh there's a cleaning charge, -$5, oh and if you want cash you lose 30% more. The manager was really nice about it. But I still feel cheated. I of course sold my games because I needed the money for my son's bday. But still... Come on...
