I've stayed here several times over the years, this year the hotel really showed its age. Lobby, elevators, rooms...everything is just tired and needs updating. Also very disappointing that my 'upon arrival' (on the Hilton app) were not delivered, and when I called on them staff brought towels but never any pillows.

Most disappointing was the lobby bar. Terrible service. We stopped for a drink and bite after CMA show...after 1 hour of waiting we actually walked out with no food. At 45min we asked the waitress how much longer and she replied "your order is next, he's way behind, the dish washer is trying to help but they're overwhelmed." There were 5 people at the bar and no one else in the place, so we have no idea how they could be so slow, and so rude/clueless. When we asked for our checks the waitress never offered to discount our drinks, in fact she took the bill back because she forgot a $5 beer. After another 10min waiting we left exact change on the table and walked out. Very frustrating and not what I expect from Hilton.
