They call you multiple times a day UNTIL you send them every detail of your personal and financial life, THEN you don t hear anything at all from them. You have to track them down and multiple times find out something went wrong and they had to start over. Feels like they are delaying long enough to wipe your account accounts. No response from CEO after sending him an email, no ability to talk to anyone other than your loan representative. VERY FRUSTRATING to work with. Two months into the process and still have no idea what is happening. Recommend you look elsewhere for your mortgage or refinance needs.
