Terrible customer service. Ordered an item, specified in notes that they package it with padding as the type of item is easy to damage - and sure enough it arrived damaged with no padding. This was September 1st, 2019.

RMA returned the item, they still haven't refunded me. Ordered a replacement in a separate order to make things faster after Customer "Service" assured me they'd put padding in the package. They did not pad the item and the same item in my 2nd order arrived more damaged than the first.

Called Botach on a Friday and held for a "supervisor", no supervisor became available. The woman on the phone was short with me but assured me they'd get in touch with me later in the day. They never did. They ignored my emails as well.

I'm currently out close to $600 and have now just gone to disputing the charges with my CC company. Absolutely terrible company that cannot put padding in a package when asked not once - but twice.

Sept 20th, and I'm out my money and I do not have an undamaged item. 20 days and they still can't get me a new, undamaged product. Do they care? Not one bit.
