Reluctant to do warranty work

Reluctant to do warranty work
My car search started at Waverley and the sales staff worked really hard to get the vehicle I wanted but I ended up getting the used Mitsubishi model I wanted at a Nissan dealership. I called the sales staff to let them know I bought it and asked them to register the vehicle in their system for warranty and recall purposes. This was not done. The car I bought only came with one key and inquired with the parts staff about getting a second key a month later. When I called it was confirmed I was not in the system. The parts staff member took all my info and assured me I was in the system. I didn't buy the key due to the high cost. 3 months later, my car had a slight lean to the right and I called the service. I was still not in the system and gave my info again. The service advisor did all he could to persuade me to go to the other dealership across town. I found this very odd and politely declined. They had a look at the car and said it was even all around. You can see with the human eye and with a tape measure that it is off about one inch from the wheel well to the ground. The spacing with the top of the tie and the wheel well is noticeable too. I was absolutely shocked and expressed my concerns to the advisor and he just shrugged them off. I filled out a survey and gave a low rating. The dealership President Rino texted me and asked if we could set up a phone call. We agreed on a time and he later changed the time. That's ok things come up. He missed the next call. I texted back and politely said this validated my opinion. The car is still leaning and they don't care.
