Ordered ( order #48757) for a Panasonic lumix lx1...

Ordered ( order #48757) for a Panasonic lumix lx100 ii camera on Wednesday February 03rd 2021, it was declined next day even after I spoke to one of their customer service agents about a typo in telephone number. Money still on hold they say with the bank.
My husband ordered ( #48792) the same camera yesterday February 04th 2021 and they held his credit card with the same value since we needed one urgently for our son who will be climbing Mt Kenya. His order was declined today, with no explanation and this time with no typo's and errors.
They end up making the time to ship the camera go by, they offer no explanation! And we cannot order for another one now!!!
Then today they send me an email saying my cart still needs sorting since I had not finished buying a camera case that I needed, so why would I buy a case with no camera!!!
