This hotel was so underwhelming for what I expect ...

This hotel was so underwhelming for what I expect when staying at a Hilton. The staff was not at all forthright in explaining what they clearly already knew. The air conditioning was not functioning in multiple buildings. This was during a heat wave that had our thermostat maxing at 88 degrees. Being that we were not in a Delorian trying to reach 88 this was completely unbearable. After multiple complaints we were offered a fan that never became available or materialized. After that we had to argue with staff to agree to at least comp our overpriced parking. Apparently from others reviews this has been a constant problem with this Hotel but hat was never made aware to us, the consumer. All in all I would never stay here again, and I would recommend all others avoid this place like the plague. 0 stars out of 5.
