I went into the branch today to exchange Columbian...

I went into the branch today to exchange Columbian pesos to USD to deposit back into my account after my vacation. I encountered a curt and snobby teller (LUCY) who proceeded to tell me that i was not standing in line even though there was no one else behind me. Moreover, when i finally reached her window, she tells me they do not take any pesos or any foreign currency. I was confused because i initially procured pesos from the chase branch by Penn station. She was adamant that they do not accept pesos until her coworker in the next window corrected her. Then she tells me wait for her coworker at the next window. Her coworker is unable to count pesos and tells me that the amount is roughly about 9 dollars which is impossible because i withdrew over 500 dollars on my last day in Columbia. The amazing Lucy comes over to help her count and after about 10 minutes they are both still baffled and unsure of the deposit amount. I politely requested for them to give me back the deposit as i did not trust both of them. Lucy then grabs the money and the deposit slip and tells me thank you. BYE! - this is not only Lucy's unprofessional attitude and demeanor but her unwillingness to provide customer service which is what i thought chase supposedly embodied. What a joke of a branch. I have no problem moving my funds right next door to the other myriad of banks willing to help me with my foreign currency. again, what a disgrace for chase on park ave. please retrain or move LUCY away from any form of human interaction.
