I always have a great experience when I have my car serviced at Northtown. My most recent appointment saved me over 500 dollars in repairs because of Carlos! I had know idea that I was under warranty and after they quoted me a price, which I agreed to, I got a call back and Larry told me Carlos found that I was under their warranty!!!! I couldn t believe it!!!! I am most grateful for their excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Their customer service is excellent. I recommend them to all my friends and family. I trust no one with my car but Northtown.They really are that good! Thank you once again!
