Stay away! I'm currently in the building process ...

Stay away! I'm currently in the building process and it's the worst experience of my life. I should of listened to friends and co-workers when they told me to stay away.
They showed me a Spec home, and I walked the entire home with a salesman, and paid for all the options, but now they tell me they've made changes to and I quote "make profit".
1st. The tile I paid for in my 3rd bathroom is wrong size and when they installed it, they didn't go over the shower head, it's look ridiculous and trashy.
2nd. They built my driveway on the next door neighbors yard, now they have to tear it down and build a new driveway, but get this they have to build my driveway on my lawn!
3rd. They forgot to install medicine cabinet and to install 2 niches in the entry way.
WARNING you will never speak to anyone important if you have a problem, you are always wrong! when you meet with the builder they will bait and switch you.
This is a nightmare, I hate what I'm going thru, I don't wish this on my enemy! Listen to your friends coworkers, strangers around Polk county, will tell you stay away from southern homes! Please listen to them, you don't need this stress in your life!
