don't get a warranty from this company, they look for any reason to deny your claim. the contractors they use are horrible. They were extremely limited on who they could send out and the company that did come took 6 visits to try and fix one problem, kept coming back with the wrong part and waisted my time. ended up just telling them I want another company to fix the issue. then if you get an estimate that doesn't favor them they make you keep getting additional estimates until they get one that favors them and then denies the claim. had to file a complaint with the department of insurance and take them to small claims court to get it fixed. If you're buying a house and the agent tries to use this company tell them no and get a more reputable company.... you'll thank me later
