The worst experience in the authorized apple store.
It took about "one mouth" to fix my MacBook pro (It mentioned that the working days is around 5-7 days in the first time and claim that the replaced part isn't delivered for several time).
I have called for over 7 times for asking the process of my repair.
The service is really poor and awful.
Also, when I get my laptop back, there is several scratch on my laptop cover and B,C sides.

I am so angry but I don't wanna spend another ONE month on my Mac.
Please DON'T go to GBM for fixing your Mac.
That would be your nightmare and you will be definitely pissed of.
