So often people share negative reviews on social media and rarely do people take time to share positive experiences so I wanted to share mine. I moved to Omaha a little over a year ago and needed to find a good and thorough dermatologist for regular skin screenings. After having a marginal experience with another dermatologist in town I decided to do my research before visiting another one. I ultimately decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Schlessinger at Skin Specialists, P.C. and I am so glad I did. The staff greeted me in a warm and friendly manner, the office was super nice and clean and Dr. Schlessinger was personable, took his time with me and checked on several things that concerned me. I was so pleased that he dealt with a number of issues and didn't ask me to reschedule to address the others. What really pleased me about my experience with Dr. Schlessinger was that he treated me with a minor procedure while I was there. Many physicians have back-to-back appointments so they make you schedule another appointment for additional treatments and charge you for additional office visits. In my case, that did not happen and I was so pleased with my time with Dr. Schlessinger and my treatment. I am happy to say I have found a dermatologist in Omaha that I am happy with and will continue to see for my treatments moving forward. In short, if you re searching for a great dermatologist, I recommend you give Dr. Schlessinger a try.
