Where can I start... I applied for a home loan with 3 different lenders. They all had higher interest rates and I felt like I was talking to a computer. I decided to chose Poli Mortgage Group because their rate was way better and because of the conversation I had with Jesse.

I initially spoke with Jesse Carbeau. He was straight forward with me. I explained him my situation and what I was trying to do. He ran the numbers and came up with a plan for me. Didnt make me any fake promises and explained me how the process works at poli. I asked him so many questions and he always remained patient and replied to me asap.
Jesse got me pre approved with a list of conditions I needed to clear. Told me to find a house and then we would clear them together and deal with it together.

I found a home and had an offer accepted. I moved to the next step and spoke with Rick Souza (loan processor). God bless him because I asked him a ton of questions about everything (Emails and calls). I was nervous because of the conditions. This was a huge step for my family. We had moved 7 times in 15 years and never had a place to call home. We lived in a tiny apartment at the Time so this was a huge step. We wanted to find a place for our kids to grow and create memories. So you can see why we were so nervous throughout the entire process.

Rick always replied to my questions and concerns. He never made false promises and also had a plan for me. We went through this process together and I thank god I chose Poli mortgage group. Rick made jokes, calmed me down and always had a plan for what we had to do. Little by little we cleared those conditions. Now, we finally got the clear to close. My closing date is June 22.

I thank god I chose Poli Mortgage group. Rick and Jesse cared about my concerns and went through this process with me. I was deffenetaly not alone. They not only did their job but also showed me that they cared about my concerns and my situation.

Not once were these guys rude to me. Trust me I was a nervous wreck about every little thing. My only advise to you is to be truthful. Dont be embarrassed about things on your credit report. Do not lie! They will find out at a later stage and is totally not worth it and is not fair to them. Be organized and get them what they ask you for in a timely manner.

I have to say Poli mortgage group is very lucky to have these two gentlemen working for them. I will forever be greatful to them. They have given my family a place to call home.
