I had a really painful and drawn out experience with Younger

They allowed me to leave the lot with the car, only to have them call three weeks later and ask for proof of address. Having been living with my family due to COVID, I had no significant proof of address. This resulted in them calling me incessantly for two days, insinuating that the bank would not accept my loan (even though I had already made a $2,500 deposit).

They didn t call me for a week afterward, so I assumed everything worked itself out. Not having been told how to pay my monthly bill I called them a week before the due date. This led to them telling me they had to sign me with a new bank and that I had to come in and sign paperwork as soon as possible Problem is I moved three hours away when I bought the car

I was the one who had to suggest e-signing, which apparently hadn t occurred to who was in charge of my file, so it was finally solves two months later (Also never got information on how to pay my loan, where I again had to call and have them give me the information)

After two months of struggling and fearing that my car would somehow be pulled out from under me, I can easily say I will never be dealing with them again. Honestly, they never should have let me walk off the lot with the car in the first place if proof of address was necessary for the purchase...

Two stars ONLY because I still have my car
