EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT AND UNFRIENDLY CONTACT

We call to follow up on the replacement of a Lead pipe as they came to check and told us to expect a follow up call in the next 2 weeks. As nothing happened, we call and get a very unpleasant person who gets mad at us because we don't give her a client number (sorry we don't remember all clients number for every single company) and she cant find anything. Then she realizes she DID NOT LOOK AT THE RIGHT NUMBER.

I understand why Belgium is often seen as a place with one of the worst customer service in the world. As Belgian, I am ashamed of this and don't understand how there are still companies out there which don't care about their customer experience.
