Horrible company with no empathy with its customer...

Horrible company with no empathy with its customers what so over. On my appointment day I needed to print the receipt but I couldn't bcz the france visa website was down, which is not my fault. I am now trying to get another appointment but the next appointment is well beyond my scheduled trip. They are abusing customers because they know we have no other options. I wonder how a developed country allows humiliating people this way just because they want to visit the country.
