The 2 star rating was due to long wait time for an oil change/tire rotation. The service advisor also did not review their maintenance inspection with me. The following occurred today:

I purchased a battery from Toyota of Alvin 3/2018 and had to replace the battery 10/2019. I called Toyota of Alvin but the service dept was closed as it was after 6pm. I had no choice but to have AAA replace it so I could get home. Because the battery was still under warranty I called Toyota of Alvin the following morning and James informed me the only way they would honor the warranty was if I brought the battery in. I informed James AAA had taken it but I had taken a picture of it since it had a sticker with date it was installed. He insisted I had to bring it and asked if I could call AAA and have them bring it to me. I informed James I would no longer be bringing my car to them for service.
