Awful, awful service. Even after we complained the service continued to be dire. The staff seemed ill equipped to handle customers. They appeared to lack experience and training. From entering the restaurant it took two hours to get our first course. An hour of that was sat waiting at the bar even though we had a reservation. Quite disappointing to say the least, and not what I would expect of Le Pont
