Came here on a Saturday in October to purchase a car outright for myself. My father recently bought a New car from them at sticker price (a base model Camry), and spoke highly of them. Little did I know, this shop is your standard haggle and bargain auto shop from the 1960s where the salesmen run to the manager back and fourth and put on a nice show. They wouldn t budge $2000 off a car valued at 35k (I was buying it outright with cash) on a used car of 50,000km.
NOV 21 Update: THAT CAR IS STILL NOT SOLD
DEC 01 Update: now that same car they wouldn t sell me for $32,000 is on sale at $30,000 at the same dealership
Summary: probably okay if you are a naive customer and need a car with 0 Free Perks, however East-Indian salesmen and their white lacky-incharge will not show you any loyalty after you have signed the papers or bought something from them. My father was super disappointed to see their true colours.
